Orofacial myofunctional therapy

Barb Stewart

Barb wishes she’d known about myofunctional therapy when her own children were younger! By joining Nichole in the MouthWorks practice, she hopes to help others see the benefits of orofacial myology, which she has seen in her own life. She has a particular interest in how proper breathing and improving the muscles of the face and tongue can have a positive correlation with improved sleep and quality of life - especially in children!
